• Vendors must be approved by the admin before listing products.
• Vendors are responsible for the quality, pricing, and timely delivery of their products.
• Commission charges and payout terms are defined by the admin and subject to change.

4. Buying & Selling

• Users can purchase products listed by verified vendors.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless specified by the vendor’s policy.
• Homey is not responsible for disputes between buyer and seller but will assist with resolution if reported.

5. Payments

• Payments can be made using UPI, bank transfer, or other supported methods.
• All payments must be completed before order confirmation unless COD is available.
• Homey holds no liability for payment gateway failures or delays.

6. Wallet & Withdrawals

• Vendors can withdraw their earnings after admin approval.
• Withdrawal requests may take 2–5 business days to process.
• Incorrect bank or UPI details may delay the payout process.

7. Coupons & Offers

• Coupons are valid for a limited time and can be used as per defined conditions.
• Expired coupons cannot be reissued or extended.

8. Referral & Reward Program

• Users may earn rewards or referral income as per system rules.
• Fraudulent referrals or fake accounts will lead to suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, and code, is the property of Homey. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Homey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website.
