How can I become a vendor?
To become a vendor, register an account and submit your vendor details for admin approval. Once approved, you can start listing products.

Yes, the platform charges a small commission (defined by admin) on each successful sale.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to your vendor dashboard → Withdraw section → Submit withdrawal request. Admin will review and process your payment.

How do I create an account?
Click on “Sign Up” at the top-right corner, fill out your details, and verify your email or mobile number if required.
Can I buy products without logging in?
Yes, our system supports guest checkout. You can place orders without registration, but registered users get extra benefits like reward points and referrals.

What payment methods are accepted?
We support UPI, bank transfer, and wallet payments. Some products may also support cash on delivery depending on the vendor.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Go to your user dashboard → Wallet → Add Money → Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails but the amount is debited, please contact support with your transaction ID. It will be verified and refunded if needed.

How to buy a product?
Browse the products, click “Buy Now” or add to cart, and complete the checkout process using your preferred payment option.
How to sell my product?
After becoming an approved vendor, go to your dashboard → Add Product → Fill all details → Submit. Admin will review and publish it.
Can I edit or delete my product later?
Yes, vendors can manage their product listings from the dashboard including edit, update, or delete options.
